NULL ITEMS in LEARSCAPE client

hey all,
To help improve LEARSCAPE client, could everyone who uses it, if you see a null item, could you please try to find out what the item is that is appearing as null. This is so I can add that item in, buT as I am the one coding the client it's hard for me to see my own mistakes, so I need your guys help.
