New learscape forums have been released!!!!

This is now the new forums for the new server.  It is to be used from now on for learscape.   All registered players need to register on the new forums BEFORE playing on the new server because the login is linked between  the server and the forums.

The new server will not be released until 21st of August 2009.

The old server will continue to run up until then.  Please use the new forums and website for any queries.

ANY STAFF PLEASE PM ME WITH YOUR PASSWORD FROM YOUR INGAME CHARACTER WHEN YOU HAVE REGISTERED ON THE NEW FORUMS AND I WILL REINSTATE YOUR STAFF POSITION ON THE NEW FORUMS AND SERVER.

Hey all,

I need everyones help.  Wherever you can advertise this server after the 18th of August please do!!!

Lear and I are going to create a AD for the server to post on some Private Server websites.  If you know of any, Post with these details (Please wait at least a week from now before posting a AD because the forum address is not valid yet).

I am going to release the new forums on 15th of August.  These forums will be shutdown and you will be required to register and post on the new forums.  (Don't worry then new website and server is much better than the old one)

Hi all,


The new server version is progressing along nicely.  It will be ready for release on 16th-18th of August 2009.  An email will be sent out in the next week or so with detailed info on the new server and the new links for the forums.

When the new server is released, all forums on here will be locked, and a link will be placed all over this website to the new forums.

All accounts will be reset and so wil post counts on the new forums, but this will not happen again!!!  This needs to be done because the old server and new server are not compatible with each other and the old and new forums are not compatible either.

Lear and I hope you will enjoy the new source when it is released.  REMEMBER registration is required on the forums before playing ingame.


On another note, a small update is required to bring the Learscape Client v1.8 to v1.9 so it is compatible with the new server source.  It will be released about 1 week before the new server version is.

Hey all,

The runelocus status image above is stating OFFLINE, although the server is online.  I have contacted RUNELOCUS admins about this and they assure me they will fix it when they can.

So the server is online even though it says that it isn't.

Hey all,

The new server source has had a problem.  Lear has been coding the new server and his power supply for his laptop has failed.  The server version is retrievable, but it might take a bit to retreive the new server version.  I am pushing back the release of the new server till:   20/07/2009

Hi every1,

New Learscape Client version has been released.  You must be a registered user to view the download area for this client.

This is to be the last CLIENT release before the new server.  After the new server is released a new Client will be released.

Hi all,

As some of you may know, the new server is to be released 16th-18th of August 2009.  This means that for these 3 days their may be disruptions and funny problems that occur with the server and the forums as we upgrade and remove things from the server.  It will take approx 1 day for testing so it should all be finished by the 18th of August 2009.  If any of the dates change I will notify you of those changes.
