Hey all,

Learscape SERVER v3 will be preliminarly released between 16-18 of August 2009.  This means during this time these forums will be shut down and moved to the new forums location.  The server will be shutdown and removed, then replaced with the new server that will have MySQL database links to integrate the forums with the server.

Rights will be the same, membership bought ingame will allow for membership automatically on forums.  This will also link your character name and email address with the support webpage.

The first thing to be released will be the new forums + website.  this will be release on 16th August 2009.  During the time of 16-17th August 2009 BOTH forums will be operating, although this forum will be redirecting all traffic to the new forum website.

This is to be done to make Learscape more friendly and to give players access to more automated options with an integrated system.  Example,  You will be able to view players playing the server from the websites main page, you can see the highscores of players from the website (EXCEPT STAFF - their character players are barred from being on highscores and the server will not print any staff members stats).

There will be certain items that are only to be used by members and staff.  There will be a members area.  There is also the option of support cases getting priority if you are a member or  staff.  This support desk application will greatly increase the efficiency of fixing errors and faults to do with members accounts.  The forums will no longer be used for support, as this new application has a built-in searchable knowledgebase, coupled with the Learscape How To network, will mean a reduction in time players wait for an answer.

So stick around because its all happening within the next month and a half!!!!!!!!!!
