This little program runs at 02:00 am everyday AUST EST, will quarrantine any character files that have not been logged into in the last 3 months. Do not worry, your account is not lost!!! For a further 2 months, the file is kept in quarrantine, where after those 2 months it will be deleted from the server... As all character files are backed up you can still most likely get it back, but I wouldn't count on anyone going through the trouble.
You will notice that your account has expired when you log in and you are back to a starter.

Expired accounts procedure:
1. Login every 3 months to keep your account active and from being expired
2. If you accound is quarratined after being expired, you can request for it back on these forums by posting a topic under Expired accounts in Account management.
3. If you do not get your account unquarratined within 5 months, it will be deleted permanantly.

REASONS:
The reason for this decsion, is that the backup for the server is getting very large and we needed a way to remove accounts of people who logged in once, or played for a couple of weeks and never came back. This is to keep the size of the server down and to allow the recycling of character names.

Basically, if you get quarantined I will get your account re-activated for you, but if you do not ask me in time to re-activate the account, it will be lost to you.

thanks,
r3n
