Well i think learscape should have some Playable Quests.. Like Skiller Quest, Newbie Quest, And Experienced Quest.

Diffuculty = Easy
Requirements = 200,000 Gp's, Bow And Arrows - Bow (Normal) Arrows (Bronze/Iron), Jug Of Water and Glassblowing Pipe. 70 Woodcutting. Drugs (Obtained in quest.)
Rewards = Take Drugs = 100M And a Shock (Removes 9HP) - For Being Bad..
Refuse To Take The Nasty Drugs = 300M And Pride.

FRIEND - (YES) Yehh! Get your Blowing Pipe And Jug Of Water out and drop em in and put the pipe in and start sucking on the pipe!
